Passengers

This feature may only be accessed from the Auxiliary menu. It mirrors the functions of the Passenger Database in BART Scheduling and Recordkeeping-4-Windows. The purpose of this database is to store vital data concerning your passengers and to speed data entry when scheduling trips. Initially, the user will be prompted to enter the desired passenger’s name.

Enter all or part of a crewmember’s last name and click Find Crew. For example, enter “d” to display all passengers whose last names begin with “d” as shown below:

Click on the ID code to view their data screen as displayed below. Click on the “Del” box to select a passenger for deletion.

Pax General Info

Code: Must be unique for each passenger. This is not editable once entered.

Name: Recommended format: Last, First Middle.

Department: Required if you will be charging flights to departments.

Control Code: Used for SIFL calculations where applicable.

SSN, D.O.B and Weight: To be displayed on international customs reports.

All other fields refer to optional details concerning contact numbers and other nonessential information.
