Calendar Screen

The BART4Web Schedule Browser program is designed to assist the Flight Department in the scheduling of aircraft, crews, and passengers. It also provides for keeping track of aircraft that are out of service for maintenance, on an RON, or on Hold status. Schedules you have built may be swapped between aircraft, copied to another date or moved to another date and aircraft.

This program works in conjunction with databases you must establish for your company’s passengers, crews, and aircraft. It automatically accesses Airport Database and Airport Directory databases to calculate departure and arrival times, and takes into consideration time zones and preset departure and arrival delays. The system also maintains a database of services at the various airports, telephone numbers, frequencies, and other auxiliary information about the airport in question.

This screen enables you to view your scheduled flight activity at a glance, and to access more detailed information with a mouse-click. There are many clickable items leading to different views of your data. Click on a date number to display all scheduled flight activity for all active aircraft on the specified date in what is called Browse Mode. Click on a tail number to apply a “filter” to your Browse Mode screen, so that it includes only activity for that aircraft on that date. The Calendar is also available in an Executive Mode. To move rapidly within the calendar, use the Navigation menu to the left.
