Authorizer Filter
This function allows the administrator to specify a single Authorizer for a
certain group. This group will ONLY be able to view aircraft activity for which a
single Authorizer is responsible. Leave this blank if all Authorizers'
activity should be visible to this group. Fill in an Authorizer ID and click Update to
restrict visibility.
